Standard recurring and one-time service pricing assumes a typical residential yard size up to approximately **5000 square feet**. Properties significantly larger than this may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
An initial cleanup fee of **$19.99** applies to the first visit for most new recurring service plans (Bi-Weekly, Monthly). This base fee covers up to **30 minutes** of cleanup time and disposal of up to **5 gallons** of waste. A **FREE initial 30-minute cleanup** is included with new **Weekly** service plans (1x, 2x, 3x, 4x per week) as a **Limited Time Promotion!** For all initial cleanups (paid or free), excessive waste accumulation requiring more than 30 minutes or 5 gallons may incur additional charges of **$10 per extra 1/4 bucket**, discussed beforehand.
One-Time Cleanup service is priced at **$69.99**, covering up to **1 hour** of labor for standard accumulation in yards up to 5000 sq ft. Significant accumulation beyond what can be reasonably cleared in one hour, or larger yards, may require conversion to an hourly rate or a custom quote, agreed upon before proceeding.
Cancellation/Pause Policy: We believe in flexibility! There are **no long-term contracts**. You can pause or cancel your recurring service at any time without penalty. We just appreciate reasonable notice (e.g., 24-48 hours) before your next scheduled service if possible.
*Starting At Price Clarification: The advertised "starting at" price ($12.44/visit) reflects the estimated base cost per visit for a 1-dog household on a 4x weekly plan in a standard yard (up to 5000 sq ft). The promotional rate ($10.57/visit) includes the 15% first-month discount for the first 50 clients using code FIRST50SCOOPS. Initial cleanup fees may apply to recurring services.
